About Me
Oil painting became my avocation several years ago while I was living and working in Seattle, Washington. After many years of pursuing my career in corporate advertising, I've recently returned to Florida to devote my time to painting. Each day painting "en plein air" is an exciting challenge to capture the ever changing play of light and shadow. Using nature as inspiration, my goal is not to duplicate the scene, but to give the viewer the sense of being in the beautiful landscape.
