JOHN B. JAMESON⁴ (John³, William², William¹) was born March 9, 1866 in Pickens Co., SC. and died July 26, 1921 in Easley, Pickens Co., SC. He married (1) ORGIE JANE COX January 1, 1887, daughter of GEORGE COX and SARAH MANSELL. He married (2) MARY IDA FINLEY about 1905.

Ethnicity/Religion: Baptist

Occupation: Farmer. Ran livery stable in Easley at location of Easley Union Baptist Church, at the corner of Runion and Pendleton Streets. Being in proximity to the Easley railroad depot, among other things, he rented horses, wagons, and buggies to businesspersons for hauling supplies and cargo.

Residence: Easley, Pickens Co., S.C. Buried in Jameson Cemetery.

 i.          LEO LAKE JAMESON, b. September 12, 1891; d. February 27, 1921, in Easley, S.C. Buried in Westview Cemetery, Easley, m. NETTlE LAURA ELLISON on June 10, 1916 in Pickens Co., SC.  Nettie was the daughter of Columbus Jefferson Ellison and Martha Lee Robinson. Nettie was born August 17, 1891 in Pickens Co., SC. She died in August 1973 in Pickens Co., SC and was buried in Westview Cemetery, Easley, Pickens Co., SC.

Physician who practiced in Easley from 1913 to 1921. Went to medical school at Atlanta Medical College (later Emory University School of Medicine). He died from tuberculosis. Trustee for Jameson Cemetery (ref. 1913 Deed).
