2012 Results

Arizona sweeps to a CWS victory over South Carolina, the second for coach Lopez (Pepperdine).
Konner Wade had three complete game wins in the tournament for Arizona.

The other final four teams are Arkansas and Florida State.
First teams eliminated were Stony Brook and N1 seed Florida.

The seedings and standings are structured to reflect the fact that we have, in effect, a structure identical to a pair of regionals feeding into a best 2-of-3 super regional for the championship.

Records are from after the Super Regionals, before CWS. Only the Collegiate Baseball poll was updated after the regionals (late on 6/11). [As is quite common recently, their pre-CWS poll is heavily biased by who is actually in the CWS; it is hard to believe that they dropped former Number 1 LSU below Kent State simply because Stony Brook beat LSU in two of three games.] Baseball America has not updated its poll since 5/28, the end of the regular season.
The ranking produced by Boyd Nation before regional play (5/28) is listed under ISR, while that after the Super Regionals is under ISR'.
