The Carr Family Quakers:  Chick Pictures - July 4th

Return

All the chicks
Today, I took chicks #3 and #4 over to my neighbor's house for a brief reunion and videotaping session with Chicks #1 and #2. Chick #4 pretty much slept through the whole event, but #3 was more alert and interacted with his elder siblings, as well as getting his first hand-feeding.

Chick 4, 13 days old, prefers a quieter celebration
of the holiday than his siblings.

Elijah, Chick #1 (right) is patiently waiting. Both chicks are almost
three weeks old.

Elijah finally gets some lunch.

July 4, chicks #1-3

Chicks #1, 2, and 3 are pretty perky today, espcially
with a hand-feeding syringe lurking nearby. Chick #3 got
his first hand-feeding today after watching his siblings eat
from the syringe.

Elijah gets first dibs on the Roudybush formula, and
will take his upside down, thank you very much.
