RADM Grant, August 2, 2009
For the past nine years, Tal-MOAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. has awarded $45,000 to 37 graduating Junior ROTC cadets. Awards are based on merit: academic achievement, leadership, and service to ones community and school.

Once each year, the foundation solicits donations by separate letter to prospective donors; however, for contributors to be eligible for an income tax deduction and or for personal recognition, checks must be made payable to the Tal-MOAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc., P. O. Box 3311, Tallahassee Florida 32315.

The links and information below provide a history of the foundation and recipients, an honor roll of donors and photographs of the July 2009 awards dinner.
