Military ID cards for retirees and dependents are available Tuesday through Thursday 0800 to1100 & 1200 to 1400at the 83rd Troop Command, Florida Army National Guard Armory, 1255 Easterwood Drive, Tallahassee. No appointment is necessary; however, call to ensure Sergeant Edel is available. Sponsors must either accompany dependents or make arrangements to complete the appropriate paperwork before a dependent's card can be issued.
