The Vanderbilt Commodores win their first College World Series title for the SEC.
This is the first NCAA Men's team championship for Vanderbilt.
They won for Women's Bowling in 2007.
Number 3 national seed Virginia is the runner up in a hard fought final series.
Louisville and Texas Tech got BBQ'd; UC Irvine and TCU were next to go home.
Mississippi and Texas were the last teams eliminated.
Only 2 national seeds, and none of the top 7 ranked teams, made it in!
Two teams made it to the CWS despite being unranked in either poll before Regionals.
