Status 4/12/04 :  Most of the work is currently going on at the design phase and permitting... Currently we are waiting on septic tank permit and cost quotes from multiple sub-contractors to Lock in the cost of the home before we finish the paper work with the bank ... But we are hopeful we still make the goal of being in the home prior to 1/1/2005... We will keep the page updated as we go... currently i just pulling my hair out trying to pin down material cost and certain contractors that are in high demand and never seem to call back ... IE .. concrete.. framers.. and Roofers..
